Important Clinic Update:

I am excited to share that starting in March, I will be transitioning to a home-based practice located just off Horse Lake Road, only 7 minutes from town. The official opening date is still to be determined, so stay tuned for an email with more details, including the new clinic name and website!

My last day at 370 Cedar Ave will be February 28, 2024.

• I assess the position, mobility and quality of the musculoskeletal and soft tissues systems.
• I use Fascial Release, GOT, Strain-Counterstrain, Muscle Energy, Reciprocal Membranous Tension, Functional Emergency, Scar Rehab (old or new), Cranial-Sacral Release, Visceral Release and Joint Mobilization.
• This assessment and treatment style is inclusive to patients of all ages with a presentation of Acute or Chronic Pain, a history of Trauma (i.e. including but not limited to: car accidents, falls, blows, traumatic birth), Athletes, Sedentary occupations, Physical/Emotional Stress, Digestive Concerns, Sleep Disturbances, Hormonal Imbalances and General Tension.
