Bridge Creek Health (my newly renovated home-based practice) – Opening June 17!
Renovations are wrapping up, and I’ll officially be opening the doors to my new home-based clinic on June 17, 2025. Until then, I’ll continue seeing clients at Midori Day Spa (2-217 Birch Ave, 100 Mile House) until June 13.
Starting July 1, updated rates will take effect: Massage and osteopathic sessions will be $135 for 60 minutes.

Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach that looks at how different systems in the body—like the muscles, fascia, nerves, circulation, organs, and bones—are working together. Treatments aim to support areas that feel restricted or tense, helping the body move and function with more ease. Sessions are provided fully clothed (in comfy, flexible clothing), and no oils are used.
